I had a computer meltdown recently where google chrome seemed to take over and wouldn't let me access anything on my desktop. I got in touch with One36 and was patiently taken through various steps by remote access. However, this wasn't quite enough and I had to deliver my hard drive to their shop. Working from home and needing WiFi, I couldn’t be happier with the fast, friendly service I received from one36. I was having to tether off my phone as my WiFi was so patchy and intermittent but Colin worked his magic and now has the house connected up. Can’t recommend them enough.

My laptop was running slow and has out dated software. Not being fond of change, I wanted honest advice on how best to resolve this, along with up-grade options. After handing in my laptop I was kept up-to-date with progress reports and received sound advice on my options. The result - my laptop is running faster and I can use it for the next 6-8 months (when all the software support will cease), whilst deciding which system to move on to. I should like to thank you all for the hard work you put in to provide and install the new computer system. Nothing was too much trouble, and for the first time I have a professional looking computer set-up. The system is working perfectly, and the configuration is ideal for moving seamlessly between applications (the envy of all who visit !). What do you love most about your job?
The variety. No two days are ever the same they aren't even really alike. The best aspect of my role is meeting customers whether it be making new acquaintances or welcoming back returning customers who end up more as friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to do something of my own where I felt I could control what happened (little did I know!)
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a friendly approachable setup where we are pretty good at avoiding jargon (no techs are ever perfect at doing that whatever they may claim). The vast majority of jobs are done under a fixed price structure so you know what you will be paying. In the few instances where this doesn't apply we will always give you a quote for the work before proceeding and if you don't proceed then there is nothing to pay.
