About

When asked what sets me apart from other pet carers, I have to admit it is my ability to understand animals.
This may be a natural talent, however supported by my university degree in Animal Behaviour Science. I am also an advanced APDT student, providing me with a valuable insight into how your dog ticks.

Amazing service goes above and beyond. Was blown away when I first met Kim with her qualifications and camera footage for customers and further down the line I'm still amazed and grateful beyond belief as she has gone above and beyond to help me and my dogs.

Great service experienced. Confident in leaving Kim in care of not just my animals, but also my house, whilst we are on holiday. Updates provided as to how our pets are, and any concerns addressed immediately. More...

Kim helped us train our blind doberman puppy with basic obedience and walking at heel. She gave us lots of great methods for maintaining attention and tips to help our dog know where we are. Kim worked with us for 4 hours spread over 4 weeks. We still follow her weekly training schedule and our doberman continues to grow into a well balanced dog despite her disability. Kim showed us how to read our dog and showed us the path for continual improvement. Rome wasn't built in a day but I don't know what we would've done without Kim. She is always at the end of the phone if we need guidance or support, I cannot recommend her enough, brilliant and affordable! More...

Q&As

Improving animals lives and helping their owners. Helping family harmony with understanding and insight into their pets behaviour.

My previous role as a research study director of NTTP was quite intense, with little job satisfaction.
Since caring for animals, my life is peaceful and fun, with heaps of satisfaction.
I struggle to call my little business a job, spending time with animals is a wonderful way of life.

I am university qualified backed up with additional qualifications in; pet sitting, dog walking and studying for my advanced APDT. DBS checked, I wear a body camera and the footage is available for the owner upon request.

It is difficult to provide remote training, though I have been working with clients during the lockdown via Zoom and WhatsApp videos. I find videos really helpful, as i am able to slow-motion them to read small body language indications providing an insight into what your dog is telling you.

I do not enter your home if you are there. I always wear a facemask and apply alcohol. If transporting your dog by car, the holding area is disinfected and application time of the disinfectant adhered to.
I have a backup walker who does not live in the same house as myself, she is able to jump into the breach in the case of me getting symptoms.
