What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Where you are based. Who your ideal market is. All background information on what your business is. What you are offering. Why is it better than your current competition.
We can work with you from scratch in terms of design, images, content - we work with as much or as little as you have.
What do you love most about your job?
That no two days are the same. Meeting passionate people who strive for their businesses to be the best. Learning something new from every business owner we meet. Getting to know personalities, products and services and helping tell the world their stories.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing so many web based agencies and companies do it wrong. I knew it had to be offered more honestly and done right.
I could not stand seeing customers be charged over-the-odds for a shoddy service.
I wanted to start an honest agency, which does not tie customers into contracts, not charge a "once size fits all" price. But wanting to work with customers every step of the way, to always be there to answer any concerns or queiries.
