If you look at the reviews for On Hold they are all 5*. This is unusual but these reviews are all justified. From my experience, I have had excellent service. Installation was done easily and without disruption. (The only thing that would have been of help would have been having the training on the same day as installation or for the installing engineer to show us a bit more about how to use the system). Arfan trained us on the system and he has been excellent, so helpful and easily available when needed. We had a small misunderstanding with what we wanted in regards to call recording- Saima dealt with it quickly and efficiently and did not charge for extra work that was needed. I want to thank everyone at On Hold Communications for all the advise and help when we first set up our phone with them. I was never one for messages and voicemails, ring tones and information about services we offer but I will never look back.
It was time to move on and make some forward thinking changes which have helped us immensely in keeping our patients satisfied with the services that we offer.

In 2016 we expanded our business and therefore needed our phone system to cope with multiple functions and to run from the same system in two separate buildings. Personally i thought this would be a challenge and saw potential for problems however the extension ran very smoothly with no problems at all.

Overall if you are thinking of having a new system or expanding your current system I would definitely recommend using On Hold Communications. They are not pushy, (we have been approached multiple times by different companies) they are really helpful and not only do they provide excellent professional support they are able to advise you of how you can make the most out of your system in terms of business potential.
