Roger was the first person to contact me and despite ringing others I decided to go with him and I was glad I did as apart from my having to rearrange the day he came to do my end of tenancy clean which included carpet clean and oven clean, he went the extra mile to ensure my cleaning got done soon after.
I would contact On Call again as Roger was punctual and polite and did a superb job.

Absolutely amazing. Roger was fantastic, had immediately availability to come and see the property for a quote. He gave me a super reasonable quote and excellent explanation of what and how they would do it.
I received everything in writing afterwards and all really quickly. He was in constant communication and sent photos and videos of what they did too.
Even when the estate agent tried to charge for a carpet that was filthy before we moved in, after cleaning by Roger (which was impeccable in the first place, the agent was just awful), Roger was 100% on our side. He even went back to the property and did another clean of the carpet, took even more videos and photos and explained in detail to the agent what was done with a list of chemicals used. He did only charge a small amount for the chemical he needed and nothing more! He and his team are absolute stars!!! Thanks to him we got our full deposit back. I would recommend him 1000%
