Personal Trainers

Having not having trained for 12 months or concentrated on core strength for longer, I have found Ollie a pleasure to work with.
Routines are varied and relevant. Techniques to be used made very clear. Has a knack of letting me leave feeling comfortable but feeling the effects the next day. Very pleased.

I would highly recommend Ollie as a personal trainer! I have been having knee pain whilst running so wanted to increase my lower limb and core muscle strength to support my knees. Ollie designed a personalised sports specific program and I am noticing a huge difference already. I’ve been training with Ollie since October last year after looking for a personal trainer for a while and he’s been amazing. I’m doing the 4 week training plan, Ollie is always there for support and questions to keep me motivated as I’m doing the plan too far away to get to him for sessions.

Amazing !

I am very new to gyms and dieting, but Ollie has helped me so much with nutrition and exercises.
I opted to complete one to one sessions which is working brilliantly.
He encourages me the whole way through the session which really helps motivate me and drives me through the session.
I’ve never felt comfortable in the gym until now.

I believe motivation and accountability is half the battle when it come to achieving your fitness goals. My role as a personal trainer is to ensure that you remain motivated and continue to challenge yourself. Most importantly education around the exercises you will be performing is key. A good understanding and technique ensures you maximise your work outs.

Consistency is key, with both exercising and maintaining a healthy balanced diet.

A well structure programme which is regularly reviewed ensures you are utilising your programme. If your form when exercising is incorrect, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not achieving your goals.

What I love most is seeing peoples confidence and ability grow.

I have previously spent my time playing professional rugby overseas. Sport and fitness has always been important to me and I had suffered set backs due to injuries. During this time I decided to study and qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. With the knowledge I had gained from completing my Level 3 as well as my own personal experience from training full time. I decided I wanted to share this to help others be the best they could.

My role is to educate and encourage you to achieve your goals. I have years of applied learning from my time as a professional rugby player. My knowledge around injury prevention and technique is what makes me stand out from the other trainers.

Most importantly I am an approachable and easy going individual who is will be there to support you.

All programmes include regular contact and check-in's between sessions, nutrition advice and adaptable programmes to best achieve your goals.

ONLINE PROGRAMMES

4 WEEK PROGRAMME - £90
A personalised training programme, focused around your pre-plan questionnaire.
This plan is designed as a one off programme.

8 WEEK PROGRAMME - £150
We will review and adapt your programme after 4 weeks to ensure that you do not plato.
I will be contactable throughout your 8 week programme, for support and advice.

12 WEEK PROGRAMME - £200
The most effective and in depth plan, with scheduled weekly reviews.
Adapting your programme to maximise results. Includes advice on stretches to minimise injuries.
