Hi I am Ollie, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and ex professional rugby player. Before qualifying as a personal trainer I played professional rugby in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. I have experience working with top strength and conditioning coaches, as well as physios.
In between my time playing rugby, I spent time as a community coach for rugby in schools ages 6-18 years.
Now as a qualified personal trainer I am driven to help individuals achieve their goals. Specialising in sports specific training, weight loss and functional movements- to get people moving in the right way. Tailoring my approach to suit each client, my in depth knowledge of fitness and nutrition will guarantee you see results. I believe that it is crucial to develop a good working relationship with clients for them to feel comfortable and motivated to attain success.
I can also provide personalised online programmes, with regular check-ins and continued support.

I’m doing the 4 week training plan, Ollie is always there for support and questions to keep me motivated as I’m doing the plan too far away to get to him for sessions.
I’m finding it really good and feeling the results already after two sessions.
He really knows what’s best to get you into shape to meet personal goals and to keep you motivated.
I am very new to gyms and dieting, but Ollie has helped me so much with nutrition and exercises.
I opted to complete one to one sessions which is working brilliantly.
He encourages me the whole way through the session which really helps motivate me and drives me through the session.
I’ve never felt comfortable in the gym until now.
I have many more one to one sessions booked and will continue to do so.
