Oliver has been a weekly visitor to our family for over 10 years. He has taught piano, guitar and music theory and my (now teenage) children are Grade 8 level musicians. Oliver made a seemless transition to online teaching that has helped keep our home full of music during lockdown. Oliver has been teaching piano to my two children for several years now. My oldest has had very strong grades up to Grade 5. The younger was more interested in pop and guitar and Oliver flexed his style to work well for her too. Oliver has a very engaging manner with the kids and finds a way to make music enjoyable for them. He is also a genuinely talented musician and that comes through in the quality of the teaching. My son has had piano lessons with Oliver from the day he started 6 years ago. Oliver has been a real inspiration throughout and has shown a great deal of patience and commitment. He has been constantly encouraging, but has also focused on areas of weakness, so my son has continued to develop into a well rounded pianist, now working towards Grade 5.
