I was a bit skeptical at first to book anything during this pandemic but Okae Events truly took that fear away. They helped me plan my partners surprise party and although it was small and intimate it meant the world to him. I can honestly say Okae Events truly care about delivering above and beyond what you envisioned and their prices are really low considering everything they do (event prep, food and cleaning). What do you love most about your job?
I love the excitement and happiness on the faces of clients after creating their dreams. I love designing, creating and being a part of a persons happy moment that is what makes me strive for perfection when designing and planning an event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by others around me trusting me to plan their special moments, designing and planning something I love do, whether it is a holiday or a birthday party I will plan every detail to make sure that everything is right and perfect for everyone.

Although our business is new we have over 5 years of customer service experience, therefore we understand how to achieve a customers needs and how to ensure they have an amazing experience and service.

To ensure the safety of our clients and our team provide free online consultations where we will be able to discuss your plans for your event and how we will best accommodate you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Your safety and the safety of our team is our highest priority. In order to ensure your safety and ours we have set out guidelines.
All consultations with our planners will be held virtually via either, video call, phone call or email
All decorations and equipment used are regularly cleaned and sanitised
For extra precautions our team is required to take COVID-19 tests a few days before the event. Planners will remain at the government advised two meters social distance from clients and each other
Face masks will be worn at all times before, during and after the event
Hands will be washed and sanitised upon arrival and regularly throughout the arrangement of the event
We advise that you remain at a social distance from our planners and decorating team and wear a face mask when around our team

This package applies for Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers and Private Dinners.
There are 3 Standard packages ranging from £700 to £1,500
These packages include planning and decorating, your catering choice and venue hire, photographer and your choice of entertainment.
Standard Package 1: £700 (up to 15 people)
Standard Package 2: £900-£1,000 (15 to 30 people)
Standard Package 3: £1,300-£1,500 (30 to 50 people)
