Offsite IT Ltd has been trading for over 10 years and is a growing, family run business that provides IT support and solutions across South- East England. It is a limited company, owned and run by the company Director, Scott Lyle- along with Laura Lyle, the Operations Manager. At the core of our brand is trust and reliability. Just outside of this sits; friendly, helpful, professional yet fun, intelligent humour and simplicity.
In addition to Scott and Laura, Offsite IT Ltd employs a further 4 technical staff (1 First Line IT Support role, 2 Second Line Support roles and a Third Line Support/ IT Manager role). Our office hours are 8.00am- 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public bank holidays) and out of hours support is available to contract customers at a set hourly rate. The office is located in Reeves Way, in the heart of South Woodham Ferrer’s town centre.
Our customer base consists of a wide range of small- medium sized businesses in; construction, accountancy, law, recruitment, marketing, telecoms, charities, schools and Creative Design*.
