Octopus deals with my accounts when i first set up i had no experience but Sally helped me out a lot and answered all my questions, she is always fast to respond.

I’m a courier driver and been with Octopus for over a year, Amanda is always helping me with my account if I need anything I just send her a message and she always gets back to me even at the weekend.

This company is a fraud and I think it should be shut down, I worked with this company for 1 year and I paid for nothing because they never did my VAT return. They lied me every week that they tried to apply for my VAT return and after I had to pay penalties.
When I asked who will pay my penalties they said it is not their responsibility.When I called and emailed and asked for my money back, they hung up my phone and never answered. More...
