I would give negative review but sadly option is not there .Really horrible experience. Please don ever trust this guys for cleaning . They committed to house deep cleaning and got advance amount . We made all arrangements and made the house empty just for cleaning . Cleaners visited and gone home without doing any cleaning neither informing us . Horrible service. Dear Aruna, We are sorry if we have caused you any inconvenience but the description of events is complete opposite to what’s been stated. Firstly, we only take £50 as deposit for the booking contrary to claim that we charged full amount in advance. The deposit was refunded back within half an hour on the same day. Secondly, the team of cleaners made the journey for the deep clean to your property, why would they leave without a very good reason or without informing you. It was clearly mentioned in my email as well as phone conversation that kitchen, fridge freezer, bathroom etc needs to be cleared/emptied for a deep clean so we can begin to clean while you make space in the rooms but the whole flat full of food (kitchen, fridge freezer), clothes, furniture and belongings with no room to move at all and given these circumstances we were unable to provide a professional standard service. Also there was 6 family members in the property (2 bed flat) and it’s impossible to clean while kitchen, bathroom is being used and we’re trying to clean at the same time. We offered to reschedule the deep clean for following day given the property will be decluttered to some extent but it was refused. I once again apologise if we’ve caused you any inconvenience and wish you all the best. Many thanks

we booked Octoclean in May 2020 for end of Tenancy cleaning But it was shockingly poor. After Octoclean finished cleaning, we still found lots of dust & dirt on the kitchen work top, window, cupboard, bathroom (especially still got lots of mold on the bathroom ) and floor & carpet. The staines on the carpet was still there. They certainly did not use any carpet cleaner. Completely shocking with their standard. Although they came back to clean again but we are not happy with their standard - especially with the current pandemic situation. we need to clean the whole house again ourselves. We certainly will not use Octoclean again. We used some other cleaning company before for end of tenancy cleaning and we always happy the standard with the other cleaning company - unfortunately the company we used before was unavailable at the time we booked.

Dear Lote, I hope you are keeping well and thank you for your feedback. The cleaning service was booked in for a end of tenancy clean and it was mentioned to you that we do not wipe walls and ceiling as part of cleaning service because using any chemicals on walls or ceiling can damage the paint work. We sent our team back to to re-clean any oversights but ceiling wipe down isn’t part of cleaning and no matter how much you clean dusty ceiling it will still be visible specially in en enclosed area with no ventilation or fresh air. There was no mould left in bathrooms at all and carpets were professionally cleaned. There was some old grease marks and colour of carpet had changed due to heavy usage and after going over them again with professional chemicals, lot of scrubbing and steam cleaner it made some difference but not completely removed. Carpet cleaning machine are designed to make carpets more hygienic and remove light to medium staining not heavy staining and rough use.

So refreshing to deal with a reliable, professional company. Sohail sets his standards high & delivers …prompt response and quote, great communication and an excellent end of tenancy clean …high recommend…transformed the house especially fridge and ovens

We cleaned the property to a professional standard and we have pictures of before and after the clean as well recorded phone conversation. The team worked to your specification down to every little detail spending extra hour but you refused to pay and still pending payment.

Professional service. Sohail was very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

Deep Clean. Team of 3 arrrived on time and got straight to work. I kept out of the way until they finished. I was delighted by what I found. Both my kitchen and bathroom looked almost as good as the day they were installed (given wear and tear). They even managed to breath new life into my knackered old carpet. I will never recommend this crowd to anyone, complete waste of money, I paid for resently painted house all foor board put in new. I hired them for deep cleaning to kitchen,bathroom and all windows.
The guy who contacted me agreed cleaning out side windows to because house got less work.

But as they arrived they come with with few cloths and little hoover. They done ok job on oven and fridge where i could of done on my own in couple hours but did very nasty job on windows complaing it dirt wont go. I spent few min showing cleaning one window did far better job than them, & they call themselve professional cleaners. I offered them little more money to complete job if that make them happy, but their boss offere 35£ less because they were unable to do professional cleaning on windows. Did not clean carpet on the stair. Complete shower of shite. Looking at reviews seems like some fake good reviews- wouldn't go far with this standard. Regret that I gone to cheap crap. Firstly the cleaning service was booked by yourself as a spring clean and it was mentioned to you that we do not include outside windows. Instead it was an after builders clean and the house was in very poor condition with permanent paint marks all over and windows inside and out, dust everywhere and skimming marks on window panels. The quote was based on spring cleaning service not after builders clean. The property was not rented or owned by yourself but renovated by you and as a builder with debris everywhere. Despite all misinformation the team cleaned the property to a very good standard and removed all skimming and paint marks from windows panels and it was left spotless. We carry all professional chemicals and tools for a comprehensive cleaning service at all times. Any marks inside the double glazing glass can’t be removed and you were persistent that it should go and refused to pay at the point. The team was very professional and patient throughout the process and settled for far less than agreed Secondly, all our reviews are 100% genuine and we will never indulge in bad business practices and get fake reviews and all our reviews can be referenced upon request. After builders clean take much more time and effort than a spring clean but we as professionals still carried out the cleaning so you can present the house in a clean condition to the owners. I used Octoclean to do a Spring clean however when they arrived the team of two thought it was an end of tenancy, so not good admin. The jobs they did were done well and up to standard but they missed a couple of things they were supposed to do like missing cleaning one of 7 blinds, not cleaning all the floors before they left. You cannot hold them to their words. Disappointing as I took the time off work, only for two men to show up with dirty pair of shoes, walked through the property reluctantly and left. They called me later to say it was 3 rooms instead of 2 as they counted the loft , I told them the loft was not included. I called their office and I was told they said the carpets were stained and they would not be able to clean properly.Unbelievable as i bought the carpet in December.
Within 20 minutes, I got another reputable company in Watford to do the deep clean, they did a perfect job and I have recommended them to many. Octoclean should not take jobs they know they would not do. More...

Dear Yewande, I apologise to hear of your experience regarding the clean that was meant to be carried out on Saturday the 3rd of April at 10am. However we must go by facts and the actual size/condition of the property advertised on Bark profile. I have the record of the job being advertised through Bark as 2 bedroom flat to be deep cleaned. The actual size of the property is 3 bedroom + loft used as a fully furnished bedroom and it can be comfirmed via google using your property address. The conversation you had with the manager does not match your discription as the property was in extremely poor condition and was different to what was discussed, also there was alot of waste left over to be cleared which does not come under cleaning duties. Our team is very polite and courtious and they took their shoes off before entering the property and informed you that waste need to be cleared before they can start cleaning and also it was a 4 bedroom property and the quote will increase as more time is required to clean the property due to its size which you didnt agree to. Based on this we could not carry out cleaning duties to a professional standard while we don’t have a good access to areas that need a deep clean. It is extremely disappointing that you have given us this review as we take pride in our service and always go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I do apologise again if we’ve caused you any inconvineice.

Three members of Octoclean staff came to do a complete house clean for me. They were pleasant, quiet (no radios!), very thorough, and worked continuously till the job was completed. The result was excellent.
