What do you love most about your job?
I love helping owners and dogs to build or rebuild their relationship. I can understand a lack of confidence after a series of ignored recalls, or a slow attrition of enjoyment due to a reactive dog. However, these aren't incurable. I can help you to help your dog, using methods which will only build upon your relationship, and never damage it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt there was a hole in my area for really progressive, scientific dog training and therefore there were partnerships of dogs and people who would not be able to find the help they needed. I studied dog training through cognition, emotion and behaviour training and therefore come at training from the dogs point of view.
Why should our clients choose you?
Anyone who wishes to train both behaviour and emotion should train using the dogs point of view. The relationship should come first, as then the dog will be more willing to try new things, and engage with you out on walks. If they are engaged with you they wont stray far without you, and that is the start of a two way conversation without any 'traditional' training ever taking place.
