Had them first to clean after a small house fire and my wife in particular was very pleased with the results. Because of this we also had fungicide treatment on the roof. We recently employed Mr Croft of OCD Cleaning Services SW Ltd to fit new guttering . He completed the work to a very high standard such that we would not hesitate to employ him again.

We've had a horrendous leak from a burst pipe at our house. OCD were there within hours of the start of it, with wet vacs, and worked well into the night to clear away the standing water. They then worked al of the following day to dry out the carpets and clean everything up, making the place smell lovely with cherry detergent. They have now provided an industrial dehumidifier drying everything out. I really don't know what we would have done without them, they have helped us so much and taken a lot of the stress out of the initial few days. I contacted this company following a flood at my property last year caused by a blocked drain on the main road. Lee responded to my enquiry immediately and arranged to visit in order to assess the damage. I found him to be really friendly and professional in his approach, and he spent a lot of time providing some helpful advice on flooding prevention. The quote provided was very reasonable, but unfortunately i could not proceed with the work as the Council refused to admit liability for the flood. Great guy, such a hard worker and absolute perfectionist.

Speedy response to quote and scheduled us in quickly to do the job as soon as quote accepted. Turned up on time for both quote and job.

Booked Lee to do windows inside and out and gutters. Windows as sparkly as the day they were put in.

Cannot recommend Lee highly enough - will definitely be using OCD regularly for windows inside and out and gutters. So impressed will be getting carpets cleaned next time as well.

OVD cleaning service turned at the time agreed and started to get in with the job, when needed explained what was being done to tuff stains then removing then, the job was completed quickly and efficiently leaving the carpets damp.
