OVD cleaning service turned at the time agreed and started to get in with the job, when needed explained what was being done to tuff stains then removing then, the job was completed quickly and efficiently leaving the carpets damp. All gutters, down- pipes and soak -aways were cleared and then cleaned together with the fascia boards - and all my windows! . Lee and his colleague are a very hard working team of two. We had sealant all over our patio that had discoloured and bobbled and was stuck tight. It looked horrendous. We’d tried chemicals but nothing was budging it. I asked OCD to do a thorough clean of all the UPVC windows, guttering (emptying and cleaning), fascias etc. over the front and back of our house. I could not be more pleased with the result! Everything was spotless (and I actually have severe OCD myself!!). Considering it hadn't really been touched for over 7 years it has made an enormous difference, looking like new again! The service was excellent and they listened to my needs and requirements and were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The work was completed on time and was very very good value for money. With regards to our mutual client living at the above address I’m pleased to say that DCC were able to commission OCD Cleaning Services to provide a comprehensive deep clean to the property to great success. Mr Croft and his colleagues provided an incredibly thorough cleaning service and engaged sensitively with my client regarding the disposal of many items and the perceived invasion of his space. In addition to this a detailed level of feedback was provided both to myself and the client on the health and safety risks posed by many elements of the accumulated rubbish etc. Also, crucially, they were very financially competitive, ensuring it represented a viable service for my client.
