Unbelievable dog trainer! I brought my Rottie to Jay for a 1-1 session as he was trying to attack other dogs and drag me down the street. I've been in the academy about a month and I've literally got a new dog!!! We are still training and learning new things. The academy is awesome! 24/7 access to professional dog trainers and over 200+ training videos (which increases daily). Jay is a very knowledgeable trainer and the sessions you pay for are purely for YOU and YOUR dog. None of this airy fairy group rubbish where your dogs run riot and pay no attention for a few quid. After struggling for months & months with my dogs reactions to other dogs getting worse and worse I decided enough was enough and I needed professional help. However, I found that most trainers local to me are not that willing to work with an ‘aggressive’ Rottweiler and then I found Jay through a post shared on Facebook. I looked through his before and after videos of dog reactive dogs and I knew he would be able to help me get back on track. He was based 3 hours away and had an 8 week wait for his next appointment but I am so glad I waited and travelled because it was 100% worth it. I will admit I even said to myself before going that there was no way I’d get the results I’d seen in his videos in just one session (we had been pretty much avoiding dogs as much as possible and not walked down the street in nearly a year by this point) and I couldn’t have been more wrong. Please scroll through his Facebook and take a look at ‘the naughtiest dog we have seen in a while’. There is no quick fix, there is still a hell of a lot more work to put in but to see that there is a glimmer of hope and ‘avoiding dogs’ isn’t forever is an absolutely amazing feeling. More...

Great trainer, Gets results and is honest unlike a lot of the other trainers out there. The obsidian k9 academy is also very helpful as there is 100s of videos to help you train your dog yourself and there is multiple other professional trainers within the academy which can help and offer advise 24/7.
