Oakleaf Wills & Probate has been helping hundreds of people since 2010 to ensure that their affairs are in order and consistent with current rules and regulations. The services we offer are ongoing and a free Will review service is available to clients at any time; Furthermore any number of amendments to your Will can be made in the future at no additional cost.

If changes to legislation impact on your affairs you will be contacted and advised accordingly. Changes to data protection regulations in recent years have had a major impact on both Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. When changes happen our clients have been made aware and amendments have been made where it has been necessary to do so.

The Company is also an Independent Life Cover Protection Specialist. It is an important but sadly overlooked fact that any Life Assurance arrangements held should be reflected in a person's Will.

We are based in Stoke-on-Trent, and we can meet with clients at our office, their home or place of business; or meetings can be held remotely whichever is your preference. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.

We generally work on a 2 call appointment basis. At the first meeting your needs and requirements will be discussed and you will be quoted a fixed fee for the services that you require. If however you do not wish to proceed there is no cost for our initial meeting and you are under no obligation to take any advice offered.

Secure and insured storage of all of your documents can be provided free of charge with no monthly or annual fee.

With regard to our fees which are fixed and agreed when services are provided; we aim to be 25% lower than companies offering a similar comprehensive service in Stoke-on-Trent.
