There is a saying..Your health is your wealth... Good health and wellbeing is achieved by following and consuming a healthy diet.

I was diagnosed with arthritis at a very young age and was dependent on medication for 2 years. I got tired and relooked at my diet and lifestyle. That was a game changer...Now I have not taken any medication for arthritis for the past 18years. Now I can use my story to tell people it is possible to enjoy optimum health with a few lifestyle changes
