I would like to say how satisfied we were with the service provided for our journey from Newark to Warwick on a Friday, with the return booked for the following Sunday. The driver was courteous and pleasant, he was clean and neat and tidy, he was prompt and, most importantly, drove in a safe and reliable manner. The car was in excellent condition and was spotless both inside and out. From initial inquiry to final delivery back home, the service was excellent. Felt I had to review this wonderful company. We have used them a couple of times and they have always been great but on this particular occasion one of the drivers surpassed himself. My husband & I needed to get to train station at Newark to pick up another train to take us to Gatwick Airport. On the way to Newark station my husband said where is your handbag? I had only left it at home at which time I started to panic, the driver was amazing he calmed me down said "no problem I will take you back it will be fine we can't have you being upset for your holiday can we". He took all our luggage & loaded into taxi and was extremely helpful & courteous. Even the booking online was brilliant and confirmation came through almost straight away, I emailed the day before to confirm booking and again a courteous confirmation came through quickly. My husband used them a couple of times for business to take him to train station and on each occasion they have always been on time, the cars are spotless, comfortable and the drivers are all lovely. Excellent company, fantastic drivers, spotless cars, courteous service if I could give them more stars I would. Happened to get them on a return journey from Newark Northgate station and they were good then, took card and have used them since. A couple of weeks ago I booked them to take us to Northgate train station to pick up a connecting train to Gatwick Airport on the way to the train station my husband said where is your handbag? I had only left it at home I started to panic. The driver was amazing he calmed me down & said " No problem it;s fine we will go back and get it,what time is your train? ok no problem we have plenty of time, we can't have you being upset before your holiday can we" he was so lovely and kind. The cars are spotless, the drivers are lovely & professional, sent an email booking and another the day before to confirm booking and each time I got a quick courteous response back to confirm from the owner. They arrived a couple of minutes before, helped with all our luggage and he said to me " No it's ok I will take all your luggage just relax". Fantastic company, keep up the good work and thankyou. the taxi turned up 2 mins early and the driver helped us with our luggage

I recently used NTS Taxis from Newark Northgate Station to Center Parcs. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced with a great personality and sense of humor.
