I recently had a camera installation done at my home by NRI Security and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The entire process was seamless and the end result was exactly what I was looking for. Firstly, Rob who came to install the camera was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was well-prepared with all the necessary equipment. He listened to my preferences, and offered helpful advice and recommendations based on his experience. The installation process itself was very efficient and Rob was able to complete the work in a timely manner. He was very careful and thorough with the installation, ensuring that everything was securely in place and properly wired. Rob also made sure to tidy up after himself and left the area clean and neat. After the installation, Rob took the time to walk me through the system and made sure that I knew how to use it effectively. He answered all of my questions, ensuring that I was completely comfortable with the system before he left. Contacted NRi and they were able to come look at the job the next day and scheduled me in for installation within 5 days. Got a really good quote and a really nice, professional install - wires were concealed and managed really well and a future-proof system was installed . Contacted NRi installations regarding a full security of our home. My message was replied to immediately and a visit was scheduled within days. Our house was fully fitted with 4 cameras with built in alarm and Ajax Alarm with outdoor dual curtain sensor within 10 days of first contact. Estimate provided before work carried out.
