Novus Altair is a reliable and professional security company, the security guard working in my shop was a weirdo and would always look at his phone and go out to smoke, whenever he wanted without telling us. This is unacceptable. After I spoke to the operation manager, that officer was removed immediately – within 2 hours! If you are not happy with this company, make sure to let them know! They have been covering my shop for the last 2 years already! More...
