Fantastic team couldn't recommend enough! We used Nosey Barker from the first week of getting our first puppy. Kim helped immensely on puppy pop ins and some 1:1 training and helped my very excitable but uncertain pup gain a range of skills and confidence before starting walking adventures with Ryan. He truly looks forward to his time with them each week and receives a good balance of exercise/ training/ appropriate socialising. What can I say to rate Nosey Barker so highly, always motivates to the highest level in the kindest way, always has a story to share to explain what we do To train and why. My two dogs are learning so much from me but I had to be taught first. I need visuals and they are there for me. I like explanAtions and answers and I always get them. We did puppy training with our German shepherd dog & couldn't be happier with all the tips, help, support & hard work nosey barkers put into the group. Nosey Barker puppy training classes are absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone!! Being first time puppy owners to Hunter, Kim and the team have provided us with continued support and advice in and out of classes. Hunter was a very nervous and needy puppy but were now week 7 of the puppy class and he is so much more confident and obedient. Great positive reward dog training group, Kim and Ryan along with their team are excellent trainers and I cannot recommend them enough, the stuff I have learnt from them is beyond helpful and I would recommend them to anyone not just for puppy training but for any dog training you might require. Before Nosey Barkers we had tried a few other trainers and behaviourists but nothing was working. We’d almost given up hope and thought that out dog's fearful behaviour towards strangers was something we’d have to live with. It really got us down to be honest and I would get quite upset and sad about it. I wanted to try one last time so I spoke to Kim at Nosey Barkers, told her what we’d already tried, and she said she’d like to try something different, so we went for it. After a couple of months of trying our best to follow what Kim had suggested we have been absolutely thrilled to finally see some changes in our dog Willow. For the past year and a half we could never have had someone new in the house without her going for them but we are so pleased to report that we have had 2 new visitors in the past week and Willow has been AMAZING. We don’t force her to go to guests if she doesn’t want to – it’s up to her – but she actually went over to them asking for treats! I think she’s finally clocked on that new people bring her yummy things. She has also met strangers on walks recently and she’s not barked or growled at them which is such an improvement. I know it sounds stupid but it finally feels like we can see a better future for her and I can’t thank Kim enough. Life changing! More...

Rewarding reward based training!! Barney and me love going to training at Nosey Barker. Life skills taught in a really fun way, with fun practical games and tips that are easy to follow and take home. My other dog, Freddie, loved the Trick Dawg class. I love all of these things plus the brilliant fun I see my dogs having, their vastly improved behaviour, and our strengthening bond. On top of all of this, Nosey Barker also host some awesome dog seminars and workshops, so I get to improve my own knowledge, at the same time as being confident that Nosey Barker keep themselves well informed of the latest, most effective training methods. What can I say? We have made several 180 mile round trips to attend a Nosey Barkers workshops. Kim and Ryan know their stuff and have taught us so much. We have now decided to get another puppy as their guidance and tuition has given us the confidence & knowledge to give another pupster an awesome life. I have used Nosey Barker twice now. First time was the puppy class lead by Ryan. Me and my dog learnt so much from the 8 week course and it was great to develop the foundations of future training. Ryan was friendly, approachable and always on hand to offer extra advice and expertise. Following on from this we wanted to 'fix' some problem behaviours our dog was showing in the house. After just the 1st session in the home with Kim we learnt various ways to begin to tackle the behaviours and have now seen a huge improvement. The only downside of Nosey Barker is that there are so many interesting workshops and classes to attend that it’s hard to choose. I’ve attended the Trick Dawg Superstars class with one of my dogs and a general training class with my newest dog. She has improved in leaps and bounds over the past eight weeks, thanks to the sympathetic, knowledgeable training by Kim. I have also attended a Clicker Addicts Masterclass Workshop, a fun- filled Circus Skills Workshop, a scent Workshop and am looking forward to a spooky Hallowe’en event in the next few weeks. We did Nosey Barker’s “Really reliable recall” course and discovered that we didn’t have a badly behaved dog, we just hadn’t really bonded with her. I thought bonding would come naturally and I was sceptical at first, however the difference in her now is huge, she’s much more interested in what we are doing and much more likely to listen to us!
