Norwich pressure washing and window cleaning

Daniel did not turn up to carry out works (Conservatory Roof Clean) that had been booked over 3 weeks prior. I did not receive a phone call to cancel nor would he respond to my messages and calls on the day either despite actually confirming arrangements with me the day before! !

I did not want this company to enter my property; it was strictly outside work. He has been responding to my review (misleading others) saying that I wanted work done inside my property and that was why he did not turn up. This is absolute rubbish as you can see from the conversation thread attached here. In fact he offered an indoor service (that I had not asked for) but only if I changed the date!!!! As you will see I DECLINED especially as due to my circumstances, I am following Covid-19 rules very strictly. The actual truth is, and as can be seen on his FB page, he took on a bigger job that day instead.

Please note another review on here which clearly shows that this is not the first time he has treated someone this way.

Disgraceful Customer Service and so VERY unprofessional. This company cannot be trusted.

I wont be coming inside the property due to the current situation all interior work has been put off for the time being

Unfortunately, Daniel really has let us down after appointing him (in writing) to do some work on a commercial site. He was very poor and sporadic with his communication.
If he did not want the work, or felt he had under-priced, I would have preferred that he had let us know about his intentions... He has thus left me in a very awkward position in front of my customers.

I booked Daniel to pressure wash my drive and paths and clean my (very neglected) windows. I found him to be reliable, pleasant and easy to deal with. He is obviously (and justifiably) proud of his work and ensures everything is done properly and to a good standard. I am very happy with his finished work and am confident he will continue to do an excellent job cleaning my windows in the future. Happy to recommend him based on my experience. More...
