Paul has a great variety of classes, all guaranteed to knock you into shape! All ages attend and though it can be tough (no point otherwise) there’s a friendly atmosphere and we keep going back ,so give it a go! ! It’s helped my running with greater fitness, thanks Paul More...

I have being attending Paul’s classes for 3 years now, great range of sessions through the week, Kettlercise, big bell workout, body only sessions, a bit of mish mash sessions, something for all fitness levels, and you certainly see and feel the benefits, would thoroughly recommend

Cant recommend Norwich Kettlercise enough. Great and varied workouts which are very challenging. I have seen a big change in body shape and fitness levels since I have been doing these work outs. The instructor Paul explains the exercises and offers alternatives for people who may struggle with certain movements. Give it a go you wont regret it. More...

I have been doing kettlebells with Paul for 5 years now and have loved what they have done for me....a stronger core, muscle definition, greater flexibility and a general all round feeling of wellbeing. I had surgery in 2018 and bounced back pretty quickly and this was all down to being in good physical shape prior to my surgery. Paul explains everything fully, takes time over a good warm up and cool down routine and changes the routines regularly so you never get bored! I can't recommend these classes highly enough. More...

Excellent all over workouts. The workouts are energising and are having a positive affect on body shape and mental well being. Work outs are effective for whole body, leaving you knowing that you have engaged all muscles for the sessions with peace of mind that you are working out your whole being. I have been going to all Paul’s classes for the last 7 years, they are all different and all work you hard. It’s the best classes I’ve ever been to hence why I’m still going all these years later.

Q&As

Break it down to a level where achievable goals can be met. Build at a rate where your client can be challenged but still progress. Be there for support & advice whenever it's needed. Every client is different, so every session is centred around the need of the client. It's ok to fail from time to time, just keep the big picture in mind.

My tag line is: Commitment, Consistency, Effort! (no excuses). Like anything else in life, you have to work at it, I can only advise and support. Listen to what I have to say, follow it through and there's an excellent chance you'll achieve your goals.

The way I feel instructing 20 plus people in a class gives me a real buzz. seeing the improvement in 1 to 1 sessions with a client who never thought they'd be able to do what they can do now. Receiving heart warming feedback. (especially through lockdown). Returning participants who have stayed with me throughout good and bad times.

I've always loved keeping fit and healthy, the way it makes me feel, the results I achieve and the improvement in my mental health when I train regularly. It's a huge part of my life. My passion for Kettlebells and their benefits drove me to let other people experience what a wonderful tool they are for so many aspects of our health and fitness.
