Started off fantastic, with very high standards, but unfortunately when Gareth allocated new staff to site these standard dropped rapidly.
That being said, if it was Gareth on his own I would hire him all day long . However, with the lack of confidence in his teams capability, I had to let him go.
That and the fact that whilst there were issues (we all have them) there were numerous cancellations in the 9 months I used them, issues with breaking of furniture e.g. cutting hose pipe to fulfil their needs without asking, tearing seat covers. Also, tasks not being completed or even attended to for weeks (had to continuously chase), which is not something I have the time to do.
Also, they have not been in business longer than a year, please check companies house - very misleading.
It's a real shame, they started out so well. I think maybe they've just taken on too much work, lack of staff and prioritise their bigger corporate jobs over commercial.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. If I could give 10 - 15 - 20 stars I could.
Gareth is so personable. So friendly, an honest smile and integral eye contact - you know when you need help with anything with your home you need to find someone you feel confident, safe and feel OK around?
Gareth was that. He immediately got on well with my husband - they both love fishing apparently and they had been texting me back out of hours replying to my over the top eagerness of trees, flowering trees, herbs, vegetables and lawn maintenance.
This company is unparalleled to none. I needed gardeners, and they are more than that. I am so happy that we have this company to sort out gardens. I will ask Gary to do a before and after, but their service and knowledge is worth ALOT more that we have been charged per month.
We are SUPER happy, and feel like we may have made a good friend too for prospective years - with this being a new house we have just bought, summer and next year is an exciting time while we have things sorted. :-)

. so on second appt the time 'they" wanted to come was not ok too late old people live next to me...conv went on to leave it garden too small and to get someone else!

We carry out garden maintenance to a variety of gardens regardless of size, as this really is a lifelong passion to all of us and we find the same pleasure in every garden we do and treat them as our own. We pride ourselves on quality, trust and honesty and we would like to highlight that we never said your garden is too small or to get someone else, we unfortunately had no option but to terminate the contract due to being unable to fit in your schedule and the disrespectful tone of voice one of our colleagues received over the phone. We expect our team to be treated how we treat our clients, with respect and dignity. Moreover, In relation to the time, we wanted to give you the option of a morning or an afternoon visit to suit your needs. You didn’t find any of them suitable. We programmed a set day for the year to accommodate as we always do for our clients. But at times with the nature of our work, there will be times we carry out additional work on site than expected to ensure the work is completed to our exacting standard standard as we did for you. We may at times be delayed but we will never will never let you down. In relation to the morning message, as part of our service, we contact all of our clients in the morning prior to visiting. We gave you the option of 8.30-9.00am or 15.00-16.00. We sincerely apologise that none of the times above given were suitable for you due to your circumstances but we would like to highlight after looking at the schedule to fit in a suitable time, you explained that you couldn’t wait in all day. As an established company, we have many other clients to accommodate for and we tried our very best to fit you in on two separate occasions.
