I am based in Derwentside but can work from locations in Durham, Newcastle and Hexham. I am a professionally accredited member of the National Counselling Society and work within their ethical guidelines.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people and helping them to get their life back on track. In the psychotherapeutic side of my work work with individuals and couples I support individuals and couples and I also work with organisations with staff support schemes.
I provide workplace mediation. My work is always varied but I think I am good at what I do because I love what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have wanted to set up my own business for many years but I finally decided to leave the NHS and do it. Its scary at first but I have never looked back. I have been inspired by many colleagues I have worked with over the years.
Why should our clients choose you?
When I think about choosing a counsellor I think about someone who will help be to get to where I want to be at my pace, in my way and without judgement. That is what I provide. I don't change your life -you do.
