This is a very welcoming and friendly practice with many different treatments available.I have been having Osteopathy treatment by Amanda for the last couple of months and would fully recommend her. Amanda is very good at identifying the specific muscles which are causing the problems and manipulate them with deep tissue massage and exercise. After struggling for several months with pain in my shoulder and arm, hoping it would improve by itself, I finally went to see Amanda who diagnosed me as having a shoulder impingement. Following the initial consultation, I saw Amanda for three further sessions. Each session I was given exercises to take away. Between the treatment and exercises the mobility of my shoulder greatly improved and, despite becoming sore for a day or two following treatment, the pain subsided so that by the end of treatment I was no longer in pain. Moreover, my general posture had noticeably improved. I found Amanda to be professional and friendly, and I felt confident and relaxed during treatment. Good rapore from staff, very helpful friendly and nothing is a bother you feel like you are their most valued customer. If it's raining park on the street opposite as the car park is quite a long walk from the entrance.
