Whilst they responded very quickly to my enquiry, and offered good advice as to how they could assist with my claim, they totally failed to actually assist me. Why, well my legal Residental address is in the UK, very easy for me to prove. But currently I am overseas, and can't prove my address, because, the documents required are just not available in Zambia. So 2 stars, helpful advice.
