What do you love most about your job?
Helping people take control of their lives and achieve their dreams is the most rewarding element of my job. Whether its helping a business to grow, supporting someone through their career development or a change in role, or providing practical wellbeing support to improve quality of life, there is nothing more satisfying than helping others to be the best they can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years working within the public sector, the majority of which in senior roles, I felt I had become disconnected from the impact of service and ultimately my passion for helping people. Starting my own practise has helped me reconnect with that passion and feel like I can make a difference to peoples lives.
