My passion in life is people, from a very early age I was interested in understanding what made people tick. It is this passion that has propelled me into making a making a career out of helping people.
My qualified approach is Person Centered Counselling, this style of counselling believes in the ability and qualities of an individual to determine what it is that will make them feel better.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people, I always have. I find it extremely rewarding to help people overcome issues they are facing. I am particularly drawn to working with couples as I grew up with parents who didn't fully understand how their differences could compliment and bring out the best in each other.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide individual remotely but couples therapy I believe is best served in a face to face setting.
Counselling

I pride myself, and my ability to put people at ease and am often told that people find me easy to talk to. I find this helps in building an effective counselling relationship, as all too often people fear taking that first step in coming to counselling.
