We found Studio AG through our venue, Gallery 1028, and we are so glad we did. We worked with Nicole throughout the process and she was so nice and had great communication skills. We met a few times leading up to the wedding and Nicole was able to take my extremely vague descriptions and make it into a beautiful dream. All our family and friends who saw the venue prior to the wedding were slightly skeptical, but come the day of and everyone was blown away. We sent our 4-year-old to this camp for the entire summer of '18 and we are pleased. There are few options in Chicago for a full day of summer care for kids under 5. The staff were all fantastic! There were over 200 kids at camp everyday and they knew us and our child pretty quickly.The camp is somewhat unstructured, there are not naps.  There are several themed rooms the kids can choose to work/play in.  If I recall correctly there was a singing/recording room, a game room, a programming room, fashion studio, cooking, and a couple others. They can also play outside.Every Friday had a dress up theme. Frequently there was a bouncy house, water apparatus, or other fun structures for the kids to play in.I think the total cost was about $2700 or $3000.Recommended! More...

Seriously, no need to look any further. We got married in California, but had our reception at the Wit hotel in Chicago. We were referred by our event planner and couldn't have been more happy with our flowers. We didn't want the traditional wedding flowers, so I put together a Pinterest board, met with Nicole once for a consultation and BAM! she completely knocked it out of the park! I can't tell you how many people commented on how exquisite our flowers were all night. They also made it really easy so that when we hosted Brunch the next day, guests could take home the arrangements, because they were in separate vessels that were removed from the big vases. Nicole and her team put together orchids, dahlias, Billy's, proteas and other incredible flowers with the right balance of color and texture I was looking for. We went with Studio AG for our floral and decor initially because they were recommended by our venue and they had worked together a lot so they knew the space.  We checked them out online and saw amazing reviews and beautiful pictures, so we decided to meet with them in person.When we met with Nicole, we knew they were the right vendor for us.  It's as if she was reading our minds.  We would describe something to her, sometimes not very well, and she would take some notes and then show us pictures that represented exactly what we were thinking.  She was very accommodating in working with us to stay within our budget but still managed to put together a proposal that represented exactly what we wanted.The flowers were perfect.  I'm actually allergic to pollen, so I was afraid that I would be sneezing and sniffling a lot with my bouquet.  But Nicole was able to recommend flowers that were less likely to trigger allergic reactions.  She dropped off all of our flowers at the hotel for our photos, and in the end all our bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful and there were no tears (at least not because of my allergies).We went with a lot of candles and lighting for the rest of our decor since again I'm allergic to a lot of flowers, and the space was stunning.  The crew arrived the day of the wedding to set up, and when we arrived at the venue it felt like we had entered a fairy tale dream land.  Everything was beautiful and exactly how we imagined it, like our dream wedding had come to life.  Every detail was exactly as we had discussed.  Nicole even helped to put out all of our personal decor items like our guest book and escort cards.  All of our guests raved all night about how beautiful everything looked.At the end of the day, it was such an incredible experience.  It was so nice and easy to be able to work with a single vendor for all of our floral and decor needs, and they took care of everything for us so we could have a stress free day.  We highly recommend Studio AG to anyone looking for a floral or decor vendor for a wedding or other event. Nicole was so amazing to work with for our wedding at Gallery 1028. She was very quick to respond to messages, listened to what we liked and didn't like, and made wonderful suggestions when we were indecisive about something. Living out of town, all of our communication was via email or telephone. We never had to wait long to hear from Nicole and she was quick to make edits to our proposal when we added things. Michelle and Geoff what can I say other then thank you. after a stressful exam period and my phone constantly dying I finally decided to try and get it fixed cause lets face it, money doesn't grow on tree's or whatever the bs saying is lol. After referring so many people here it was finally time to go in myself and boy was I glad to do that. My phone is like my baby and to those that don't find that weird you will appreciate the anxiety you get dropping your phone off somewhere. Geoff was always so helpful texting and putting up with my messages while Michelle had to deal with me in store asking if  30 year old could color in the coloring books. I was recommended these guy's when my phone that was only 1-year old just would not turn on one day. I have an protection policy with Bell. When I went into Bell to get this fixed they said I would have to pay a deposit and would not be able to restore the information on my phone. One of the sales staff at Bell told me under his breath to check out Cellphone Doctors. From the time I walked into the doors to having my phone working again only took 2 hours. I am completely useless when it comes to decor, which filled me with fear when I began planning my wedding. Nicole made EVERYTHING gorgeous while still allowing me to keep my budget! Nicole was able to listen to the few details I could think to give her (essentially what our wedding colors were...and where our venue was), and was able to generate a cost affordable package that allowed aisle decor, cocktail table decor, two different centerpiece looks, dance floor decor, bathroom decor, and so many other subtle decor that I probably didn't even internalize because the entire venue was so beautifully decorated when we arrived! Nicole worked with us for our Chicago wedding and we were very pleased. She made our ceremony fresh and simple with a birch Chuppah and some floral. Nicole did SUCH a fantastic job with my wedding.  Initially, I had some "out of the box" ideas that were a little scattered, and at our initial conference call (I live in another state), Nicole knew just the questions to ask to hone my focus.  She was completely open to my ideas and was able to make some amazing suggestions that worked perfectly with my ideas when I was struggling to imagine the overall effect.  She was patient and responded right away to questions or concerns.  The communication with Nicole and the whole Studio AG team was great--I never had to worry about them forgetting about me or wondering where we were at in the planning process.Most importantly, the end product was perfect!  The flowers were gorgeous, and delivered on time to the correct locations.  Each of the boutonnieres/corsages were clearly labeled, so we didn't have to figure out who to give which flowers, which was SO helpful in the rush of day-of activities.  My bridesmaids' flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted!  Nicole really "got" my vision.  The lighting was amazing (we were married at the Adler Planetarium, and we did purple uplighting, which really made the room gorgeous).  In addition to the uplighting, the bistro lights added a perfect twist over the dance floor.  Everything was set up and ready to go at the right time, and it really was as stress-free a process as possible.  I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and her team!  If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely book with them again! Excellent service. Phoned up and confirmed that they can work with water damaged phones. My phone went swimming on a Mexican vacation. I cannot be without my phone. Bought a new phone ( which took 3 days to arrive ) and then took my water damaged phone in. They had it fixed in less than 2 hours and the service was awesome. Had I had known they would be as good and efficient as they were. I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars on buying a new phone. To say that these folks are committed to customer service would be an understatement.  They went well above and beyond, and stood behind their warranty. Back in the summer, I dropped my Galaxy S7 Edge, and the screen took it right on the chin, leaving me with a screen that now sported a huge divot with chunks of glass falling loose.  I didn't have any replacement insurance, so after dropping to my knees and shouting at the sky, "WHHHYYYYYYYY", I hit the intertubes and found Cellphone Doctor at the top of the list.Cracking your S7 screen is a bad idea.  The coverglass is bonded to the display. So you have to replace the AMOLED panel, too.  Not a cheap repair.  I called around, and Cellphone Doctor had the best price in town.  They fixed the phone and I had it back the same day.Unfortunately, these Samsung screens occasionally have some issues.  After 6 weeks, my new screen developed a bright pink line down the right hand side.  I took it back to the the folks at Cellphone Doctor and they looked at it and said, "Yep.  That's covered by our warranty."They ordered a replacement screen and fixed it for me as soon as it came in.Bad luck, though, persisted.  The 2nd replacement screen had a manufacturer defect out of the box.  So did the 3rd.But, these guys did not give up until they had fixed my phone.  They went to some pretty exceptional extremes to make sure that my phone was returned to is pre-smashed-screen state.Because of the number of times that I was in the store, I had to the unique opportunity to see LOTS of folks having their phones being fixed, and they all left happy with the service they had received. I had my phone recently repaired at another place, and within 2 weeks my screen stopped working.  They were closed for the week and I needed to get my phone fixed for work.  I went to Cellphone Doctor and the owner made my day today.  My phone was fixed and he was very fair on his price.  They did not use cheap after-market parts and my phone is as good as new.  Excellent place and I highly recommend this place to anyone.  They also gave me a 6 month warranty on the repair.  This place cares about its customers! When your phone's dead and won't charge.. who you gonna call? Cell Phone Doctor!But wait - your phone's dead, remember? Lucky for you if you're reading this then you also have Yelp, and Cellphone Doctor allows you to request a quote through Yelp. So that's exactly what I did!They got back to me right away, letting me know about a couple of possible problems I could be experiencing and that they'd be able to help me out. I dropped by the store and they did some charge tests and cleaned any dust and lint out of the charge port that could be causing the problem. No dice. I would need to have my charge port replaced.45 minutes and $59 later I was back on my merry little way with a brand new, snug fitting, cable hugging charge port. I barely had enough time to do some grocery shopping at co-op next door.Fast and friendly service, quality work and a good price to boot. I came here after being turned away at Phone Freaks. They suggested I got to apple saying that it would cost me less to do their phone exchange (~$200). The customer service was pretty weak. Fortunately I got a 2nd opinion at Cellphone Doctor's, which I happened to stumble across while driving away from Phone Freaks along 16th ave. The 1st +ve sign was that the guy working, let me in for a quote even though they were already closed for business. He had a can-do attitude and very reasonable $ to fix the frame of my iPhone 5, which was bent and separated from my screen. I returned the next day and Mike fixed the problem efficiently, while providing excellent service. I even got my old 4s's battery replaced within minutes and a new backing installed. #154At the point I found this on Yelp!, I had been without my Motorola Moto X Play for almost 3 weeks (luckily, I only use my WIND sim for personal use and I can use it in my unlocked T-mobile Samsung Galaxy Note Edge). I had suspected it was a port issue despite dropping the phone into a bowl of soup at East Side Mario's near Sunridge. The reason is that later in the day (after I had obviously removed the tomato soup), I was able to charge the phone completely (that was on a Satuday); later that night, when I put it on the charger, it refused to charge. I tried different chargers, cables, etc. and no love for charging so the phone had dwindled down to 20%.After calling around and finding out that either it would be upwards of CAD$100 and/or they did not have the part, I had emailed from this companies website and Geoff responded that they had the part and gave me a quote for CAD$79. Already, two for two since the price is at least 21% lower AND they have the part.Within a week, I came in on a Sunday expecting it to take an hour or less (and the phone still had just under 20% charge since I had left it off). However, the guy was horribly sick (which I caught whatever it was despite not getting within 1m/40in of him). He explained that he was going home since he was sick (obviously) but would get to it in the next couple of days (what the hell, I've already been without it for three week at this point). I gave him the number he could reach me.Not hearing from them, I called three days later on Wednesday and apparently, it was done Monday or Tuesday but they have forgotten to call me (if you could see how many jobs he had ready to process on that Sunday, you'd see why I was so understanding. Seeing that many jobs gave my confidence these guys must be good).So, I came in an picked up my phone, it has been working for 2+ weeks since with NO charging problems. The workmanship appears to be flawless.I got a quote for two other phones (S3 and S4) that need new LCD screens and the price is about 20% cheaper than other places I've checked so I will be fixing these phones (they are both unlocked and the S4 is the international version) soon.I have begun referring my friends and co-workers (I'm the IT guy so they usually listen to me on these kinds of things) since this place has good hours, reasonable prices, great service, and apparently, does great work.I am willing to bet I could have gotten my phone back the same day if the guy was not sick so I am not penalizing the review on that since the communication and service was well above, well most service in Canada that I have experienced.I waited two (2) weeks before submitting my review. Studio AG did a spectacular job at our November Gallery 1028 wedding! Nicole was such a pleasure to work with and really helped us execute our vision. We were more interested in decor rentals than a lot of floral arrangements and they were able to get everything we wanted. Jess and the camp counselors at the Lakeview camp are fantastic!  They get to know the kids.  They are energetic, friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs.  I have no problem leaving my two boys - 7 and 10 - with them.The camp has so many activities.  The boys love the studios.  They love the weekly specials.  They love the antlers-up game...of course, I think they like winning the prizes the most.  The website is a great resource and will get the kids excited to go.This will be their third year at camp.  The boys have made some good friends at camp and they look forward to seeing them.  The studios and activities change a little each year, which also keeps them interested.The food provided is great.  My 7 year old now likes pesto thanks to camp.  It is also great to get a break from packing lunches.The hours are fantastic...they open early and close late.  The boys get mad if they are picked up too early.This has been a great experience for my kids.  We look forward to June 27th! My son went to Steve and Kate's camp this past summer full time, five days a week all summer.  I highly recommend this camp.  The hours are flexible (7:30am - 6pm), the location is enormous with tons of outdoor and indoor space thus on rainy or very hot days, the inside of the school provides ample place for play.  The counselors are very caring and do a great job with the kids, especially the younger ones as my son was a K-camper at five years old.  The kids have a check in three times a day, in the morning, for lunch, and at 4pm and in between the kids can play as they like.  It's not structured which took some time for me to get used to as our son came from a structured daycare.  The food was great and they had fresh fruit and pretzels/chips available all day for snacks.  It's a bit like 'Lord of the Flies' in the sense that there's a massive group of kids playing together but overall we loved it and my son can't wait to go back next year. Also, with no frills such as buses or swimming, the price is very reasonable.  Finally, the Director Jess, who's been with the camp over eight years, did a great job before camp started of offering to meet each family one on one or via several camp events, and was very responsive with any questions I had during the summer. Year 2 at Steve & Kate's, this time with TWO diabetic kids - a 5 year old on injections, and an 8 year old on a pump.  Jess (director) and David supervised blood sugar testing, gave injections, supervised pump use, called/texted if numbers were too high or too low, or to get info on how much extra insulin to give if one of them wanted chips or a popsicle.  We've got another few weeks to go for the summer, but so far it's been another smooth experience. It's really hard to send T1D kids to a non-ADA camp; diabetes is life-threatening and complicated and as a parent, you're never really sure if the people at the camp can really manage it.  Fill out the 504, meet Jess ahead of time, make sure your kid knows where the office is and to tell a counselor if they feel high or low or just weird.  This is one of the only camps I've found that GENUINELY welcomes diabetic kids. Studio AG did an amazing job for my wedding last month at Lacuna Artist Lofts! My husband and I really wanted cafe lights across the rooftop deck and in our reception room. We had been quoted a ridiculous amount from another company to install them. Studio AG worked with our budget and it looked unbelievable! They also created a beautiful arch with flowers for our ceremony which was perfect for photos.We worked with Nicole, who was always responsive and collaborative. Ohhhhhh Cellphone Docs. These guys have been amazing to my and my two cute adorable phone dropping kids. Okay. So I dropped my phone a few times too. But every single time we have taken our phones in to get repaired, not only were the repairs done quickly and properly, but one time, the phone didn't need to be repaired. My husband and I worked with Nicole at Studio AG to plan the decor for our wedding. From the very beginning, Nicole was extremely helpful and answered all of my nit-picky questions before I had even put down our deposit. With florals, you don't get to see what you're actually going to get until the day of - so you have to have complete faith in the person you are working with. I gave Nicole a few pictures and talked through my ideas with her, but what she put together went beyond my wildest dreams. I had limited our budget on bouquets and the arrangements she put together looked so full and beautiful. I am so happy with how they turned out. Nicole also does a great job of reusing items from the ceremony to reception space where she can, to help save on budget.Additionally, we had a last minute venue change one week before the wedding. Note to self: Never judge a book by its cover! I've passed by this place numerous of times and I never thought I'd be doing business with them. I walked in and was greeted by the "host" she was welcoming and informative. My phone was completely shattered and the screen pixels were shorted. She told me it would take 1.5 half. I figured I would head out toward La Grange to get a haircut. 2 hours pass and it was just getting out the second from last stage. Not only did they fix my screen they improved my performance. We stumbled upon one of their events while checking on our venue to see what it looked like when decorated for a wedding. We were in a less traditional wedding space at theWit hotel. We both loved how Studio AG transformed the space and immediately contacted Nicole to see how we could potentially work together. The meetings with Nicole were so casual and comfortable--and she assured me that she could create the look I was hoping for and we worked through the proposal together to fit my budget. Everything was very reasonable and came together beautifully! She even allowed for some of my DIY elements to be included within the decor and she purchased new elements for the event that Studio AG didn't have on hand. She handled everything with the greatest care and there were so many compliments on the design and flowers from our event--guests commented on how much everything looked like us! We just had our wedding on Saturday December 6th. Nicole was our designer and she was wonderful throughout the whole process. Her task was not small, having to transform a hotel ballroom into a more glamorous/church feel like space including drapery, candles, chandeliers. Everything was beautiful.  Our wedding was at the wit hotel which contains amazing window space, Nicole puts candles around the entire window ledge, added amazing floral arrangements and lounge furniture.
