Lorraine immediately put me at ease when I first enquired about looking after my diabetic fur baby. She is very knowledgeable and keen to meet to make sure everyone (including the pets) are comfortable. Lorraine is incredibly accommodating to work around your needs and gives you reassurance when you’re away with regular messages and updates on how things are going. She even managed a cuddle with my boy on day three (which is no mean feat as it took me almost ten years to gain his trust).Would thoroughly recommend, especially if you have any fears or worries, you’ll soon forget what you worried about. We recently left our cats and rabbits in Lorraines' care while we went on holiday. This was the first time we had left them with anyone other than family, so we looked long and hard for someone we could trust! We chose wisely! Lorraine was wonderful, she came to visit us and the animals in advance, to find out all about them and their routines. Lorraine gave us regular updates and photos of our furbabies while we were away, which reassured us greatly. We came home to happy animals who had obviously been well cared for. Lorraine is professional, friendly, completely reliable and trustworthy, as well as having an obvious love of animals! I highly recommend North Ayrshire Pet Sitters. We have left our greyhound several times in Lorraines care and always enjoy peace of mind. We are updated daily of how she's getting on and sent pictures of her out on her walks. Loraine understands the particular needs and sensitivities that greyhounds may have and is definitely the best person to trust to care for her.
