Never missed a session, and no two sessions are ever the same. Kane is very knowledgeable about diet and fitness and listens to what your goals are. I’ve always been a member of a gym and done cardio but never contemplated any strength or conditioning work! I started PT with Kane at NoBull about 3 weeks back because I wanted to get something else out of a workout and maybe ‘one day’ brave weights in the gym. Kane does work me hard (it certainly isn’t easy) but if I wanted easy, I wouldn’t have signed up. PT at NoBull came to me via a recommendation and so far, I am not disappointed! I recently suffered severe ligament damage playing rugby which had kept me on the couch for 3 months. I visited No Bull Fitness in order to get myself back up and ready for next season and have been thoroughly impressed with the range of exercises for my individual needs that Lewis has gradually built up and guided me through.
He has a wealth of knowledge regarding physical training and has helped me alter my diet in order to gain as much as I can out my sessions, he pushes to the limit and you reap the rewards.
I'd highly recommend No Bull Fitness to anyone looking for a PT that looks after you and puts your needs first.

This is everything a Strength and Conditioning athlete would be looking for in Stevenage there is no better gym to get strong and fit.
No nonsense approach to health and fitness and the owners and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. It's filled with people of all abilities and interests and a great culture.
You'll never struggle to find a squat rack and I'm sure it's the only gym in Stevenage that actively encourages Olympic Lifting.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I have a wide range of specialised equipment, along with years or experience and knowledge that will help you achieve your goals much faster then you ever thought was possible.
Training my clients in a friendly environment so they feel comfortable is also something I pride myself on, this way we can concentrate on what matters and that's getting results!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Finding a healthy eating plan that you actually enjoy!
If you don't enjoy your eating plan you won't stick to it... end of!
That along with hard work in the gym and you WILL get the results you'll love.

Watching clients do what they never thought was possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew working for myself would give me more time to be able to make programs for my clients and get more qualification to stop my knowledge from plateauing.
