I started training 18 months ago in Spain but didn’t catch up with Lewis and No Bull till July last year on the word of Ollie my grandson. I’m finally beginning to feel the effects, no going back. Trained with Kane a number of times over the past few weeks. He is a motivational PT and I always feel like he encourages me to push myself to my absolute limits, which I know I wouldn't be capable of doing without him by my side. Having recently been doing some training with Lewis I have been very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He has a great understanding of the nutritional aspects for weight loss as well as a real passion and motivational drive to push the envelope on the training side. He has helped me to diagnose and overcome sports injuries as well as push myself further than I wanted to go! I cannot recommend him highly enough. More...

I started training with Kane at no bull fitness in June, and as someone who has never enjoyed exercising I did not think that I would commit to regular sessions. I now train twice a week! Never missed a session, and no two sessions are ever the same. Kane is very knowledgeable about diet and fitness and listens to what your goals are. I would highly recommend booking in with Kane at no bull fitness as it won't be long before your achieving things you never thought possible whilst having fun at the same time. More...

I’ve always been a member of a gym and done cardio but never contemplated any strength or conditioning work! I started PT with Kane at NoBull about 3 weeks back because I wanted to get something else out of a workout and maybe ‘one day’ brave weights in the gym. Kane does work me hard (it certainly isn’t easy) but if I wanted easy, I wouldn’t have signed up. PT at NoBull came to me via a recommendation and so far, I am not disappointed! I recently suffered severe ligament damage playing rugby which had kept me on the couch for 3 months. I visited No Bull Fitness in order to get myself back up and ready for next season and have been thoroughly impressed with the range of exercises for my individual needs that Lewis has gradually built up and guided me through.

He has a wealth of knowledge regarding physical training and has helped me alter my diet in order to gain as much as I can out my sessions, he pushes to the limit and you reap the rewards.

I'd highly recommend No Bull Fitness to anyone looking for a PT that looks after you and puts your needs first.

This is everything a Strength and Conditioning athlete would be looking for in Stevenage there is no better gym to get strong and fit.

No nonsense approach to health and fitness and the owners and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. It's filled with people of all abilities and interests and a great culture.

You'll never struggle to find a squat rack and I'm sure it's the only gym in Stevenage that actively encourages Olympic Lifting.
