I would totally Recommend NT Fitness Personal Training! Absolutely FIRST CLASS .. brilliant trainer. My work outs are varied and interesting, i have been training for a while and have never had the same workout. They are all cleverly planned so i don't feel as if i am just doing reps, of the same excercise but ultimately i am training hard. i have never been this toned before. More...

Since nik has started personal training me I've lost weight I feel so much better with in my self and I've finally got my eating plan sorted thanks to nik sorting it all out for me and giving me all the information I needed! Margaret Powis: Last year I reached 60, a bit of shock really. Time to take stock I thought. So in July I took the plunge and called upon the services of Nikki. It was a good call! I needed to tone up and loose weight, and the programmed that she devised for me helped me to do just that. By Christmas I was feeling so much better; I had more energy, I was sleeping better andIi had lost 6.4kgs (14lbs in real money). It was hard work, no pain no gain! Nikki's encouragement and the exercises recommended for me were exactly what I needed, On top of that it was a pleasure to work with her and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their fitness level. I have thorough enjoyed my sessions with Nik, each one has been different, it's been hard work but each one has been fun. She has encouraged and motivated me not letting me give up even when I've really wanted to ! I have made progress my core has improved- I no longer have a soft centre! Great local bootcamp and a good variety of excersise to keep you motivated. Very friendly group which is led by nik who is very encouraging and supportive with healthy eating and weight loss advice too.

To achieve a sustained weight loss or maintain a healthy weight to reduce the risk of health complications as we get older it is very important to try and eat a have a healthy dietary approach. It is not however good to do yo yo dieting. You need to be consuming the macronutrients your body needs to be able to have energy and repair itself each day.

By making the fitness fun and the nutrition part of it simple.

Being consistant and everything in moderation, having the knowledge on how to eat healthier and how to enjoy exercising

Seeing my clients achieve the results they want, also when they start to enjoy what they are doing and really see the benefits of being healthier and fitter.
When they have a illness or injury, just seeing the difference I make to them iin their recovery is reward in itself and makes my job worthwile

To help others who struggle to motivate or do not like exercise, especially those who suffer with obesity or other illness.

I am a fun trainer, who can adapt most exercises to suit clients, I have a great client base who are regular clients, I achieve results much faster than regular gyms and I go the extra mile to help my clients.
Clients can train at home as I bring all the equipment, which then makes life easier if they are nervous of gyms or short on time.

I offer remote live sessions via zoom to those who prefer that option
