What makes a great website?
A great website is one that is well researched and provides exactly what your ideal customer will be looking for, this is why discovery is essential for any website project. It should also be a responsive design adapting to all screen sizes and fast loading but content is king if you don't have the right content tailored to your target market it wont provide a return on your investment.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Why they want a website? What they hope to achieve from their website? Who their target market is? What their prospective customers might be searching for? I have a very detailed discovery process which identifies everything I need to know to build a clients website.
What do you love most about your job?
I love coding websites and also making them look beautiful but most of all I like helping people achieve online success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like being my own boss, not being tied down by the way others think you should answer questions or how they think something should be done. I've always walked my own path and been my own person and rebelled against being a corporate clone.

Everything starts with Discovery this is where we ask lots of questions to help us learn and understand you and your business. This is usually done in the form of questionnaires and conversations either face-to-face, via skype or by telephone. We then take all this information and come up with a solution to meet your requirements and present you with a proposal.
We keep the proposals succinct and without unnecessary ‘fluff’ or jargon so make sure you can understand what we are offering and illustrate to you that we understand your requirements. Remember the proposal isn’t set in stone if you want to add something or remove something we will discuss all elements of the proposal with you before expecting you to sign on the dotted line.
What we offer..
Our goal is to make your online strategy easy for you to get started, maintain and expand in the future. We know cost can be a factor so we offer two different ways to get you started, templated design or bespoke design.
Templated design is great when you are on a budget but offers limited customisation to keep the cost down, the risks are your website may use exactly the same template. If you want to stand out from the crowd and have a healthy budget a bespoke design will be better suited to you and build on your brand.
If you already have a website and just need a facelift, or moving to a better system we also offer redesign services, using your existing content this can be a quicker development than something completely new.
Website Maintenance & Support
Website maintenance is a vital aspect of owning a website itself, we see many sites that are run on wordpress using out of date themes, plugins and worst of all wordpress core files. These sites are more susceptible to hacking even with security software installed that's why we recommend having a maintenance plan in place, to keep everything ticking along smoothly without you having to worry about it.

Support time - Your time is precious and should be spent interacting with your customers and growing your business, not logging in and updating your website. Included support time can be used for things such as bug fixes, performance improvements, content updates, design updates – all those small tasks that keep a website ticking over, support time is used in 15 minute blocks which is usually the amount of time needed for small tasks.
Software & Security Maintenance - Each week we perform a maintenance checklist to keep your website secure and running smoothly. This includes software updates, security scans, and performance optimisation, you will receive a monthly report to keep you up to date on what has been done or improved on your website.
