Fantastic trainer, really knowledgable and supportive. My injury recovery has been brilliant, Nicole has tailoured everything to my needs. On top of that I'm now playing sport again and I'm getting stronger continiously. More...

fantastic. Really helped me develop over the past 6 weeks. I am recovering from an injury and wanted to get back to playing Basketball with my colleagues during the week and trainingg for a team event (tough mudder for next year). So far my progress has come along faster than expected. My strength has improved and Nicole is very knowledgable. More...

Q&As

I work together with my clients to establish what they want and what they need from me as a trainer. With a fun and evidence based approach I give 100% to my clients and encourage the same effort from them.

Consider what you want your body to do. Beyond aesthetics, do you want to be stronger, faster, more powerful or just move with more ease? I will support you to make that happen.
So set your goals, work hard, stay focussed and if you need help (knowing the best exercises for you, nutrition or lifestyle) just ASK!!!

Everything from the planning, the process of training to witnessing the success when my clients achieve their goals and grow in confidence.

I wanted to be able to support clients and athletes on their terms. Being self employed allows me to deliver training sessions in the locations that work best for the client. It also allows me to create an athlete centred approach meaning that I am not limited by an employers offer of services often with additional charges.
If you train with me, I will create a suitable and periodised programme, I will adapt the sessions and offer a blend of approaches to better achieve your success, I will guide and educate my clients so they can understand how to improve their own performance and success.

Over 13 years experience in the UK and overseas in sport, health and fitness. I use an evidence based approach to cut through the noise and misinformation that is all over social media. I have a high success record with my clients.
I currently teach and assess personal trainers, fitness instructors and weight lifting coaches to become qualified.

Yes I have recently set up a number of online tools and services to support athletes and clients remotely that may be out of the area

Use of PPE, additional cleaning of any equipment, remote delivery is available upon request.
