Nicola has cleaned for me for about 2 years. Very flexible with her days and times and very reliable as a keyholder. She will do a general clean or concentrate on a particular area if required. Would highly recommend.

How long have you been in business?
I started domestic cleaning about 17 years ago to work around my young children at the time.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No I don't bring my own equipment or supplies as I feel its better hygienically to not move equipment/cloths/mops etc between different homes. Especially nowadays.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting and talking to different people and the satisfaction of knowing I've left that home cleaner than it may have been when I walked in.
Also the freedom it gives me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to give cleaning for myself ago as I was a cleaner at our local pub to make extra pennies and I noticed one of my neighbours having numerous cleaning companies attending her house over a period of time and decided I would offer my services on a whim one day!
I ended up cleaning for her twice a week and even taking and collecting her son to and from school with my own children some days. She worked nights so I was like a cleaning fairy during the day whilst she slept upstairs!!

I am trustworthy, polite, professional and mindful of the environment I'm in as no two homes are the same.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I will be taking regular COVID19 tests at home along with my family.
