Dreadful
Paid £400 for a market valuation.
It took a week for the report. When it arrived it contained the wrong address and a valuation that was ridiculously low.

When challenged he just says it is a draft. What is the point of paying £400 if he cannot value a simple studio flat.

I have another survey from a reputable firm which shows that his valuation is over 40% below the market value. I have referred to RICS as he refused to provide complaints procedure and was rude on the phone.

Currently taking to court to get a refund.

Mr. Zorpides is a Chartered Surveyor with close to a decade of professional experience working within residential and commercial property for both large corporate and private family funds.

Having graduated in Residential Property BSc (Hons) at Kingston University, Mr. Zorpides went on to complete an MSc in Real Estate Development & Finance from University of Westminster covering Development Finance, Funding, Lending and Risk Strategies.

Mr. Zorpides starting his career in commercial valuations at MERJS, and went on to specialise in residential valuation, lease extension, enfranchisement, property & asset management in an established West End office (RIB) before moving to Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL). There Mr. Zorpides managed a range of asset classes for clients including Scottish Widows, Aberdeen Asset Management, Caudwell Properties, Deutsche Bank, Aviva, Standard Life & AXA. Mr. Zorpides became MRICS in 2017 and took a client-side role to head a £3bn+ property portfolio for Lazari Investment Ltd.

Nicholas has completed his Valuation Assessment to become an MRICS Registered Valuer. Mr. Zorpides has enrolled on to several executive courses, with Project Finance at London School of Business & Finance being the latest in his professional education, focusing on debt financing and advisory.

We can provide desktop valuations remotely, otherwise, all other services require a site visit.

We have updated our policies internally and wear the required equipment while on-site to keep our customers safe.

A standard report designed for most property types as an economy service. This covers the main elements of the property with a Red, Amber, Green scoring system.

There are three levels of Homebuyers, L2 being the most popular which includes a condition report and valuation.

Not suited for properties in excess of 150 years old. It focuses on defects and includes a valuation.

Reports are typically delivered within 3 working days following the date of inspection.

Same day report available at an extra cost, subject to terms.
