What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love the fact that this job provides so much job satisfaction when a client expresses their gratitude for my input. This can be a client who came to us with a major problem and a business about to go under that we managed to turnaround and make safe or it might be an already successful but ambitious Company looking for further growth that together we manage to deliver increased turnover for. Alternatively it can be a business owner keen to retire but can't find a buyer for whom we create a profitable exit strategy to deliver a worry free retirement. It's the reward I get from a job well done and a grateful client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I passionately felt that my 40+ years in business, both running my own businesses and in senior roles in major corporates gave me an experience, knowledge and insight to make a difference for any Company keen to improve.
