We had a structural wall removed and a refurbishment of our ground floor. We also had had a wall garden removed surrounding our property and replaced by a fence, as well as raised flower bed with sleepers.
We were a little nervous commencing such a big project as we have a small child but the structural work was completed very efficiently and the house was left with minimum mess on a daily basis.
The out side work was also carried with minimum disruption and the site was left clean and tidy.
All the builders that attended were really pleasant and we felt we could pretty much leave them to it. We were kept up to date with progress via Jon, who was also on hand to answer any query’s or concerns.
We have been delighted with the result and thought it was a great touch when Jon rang us a couple of weeks after the job had completed to ensure every thing was ok.
