Newly provided me excellent service, with exemplary response times. Their work is of a very good finish, which they guarantee for 10 years.
They kept to the time frames despite the weather conditions.
I’m very pleased with their work. The only advise I have for them is to let the customer know upfront regarding their options as to what else can be done to improve the project eg- cost of edging stones, extra surface tarmac for cosmetic/ practical purposes so that the customer is aware of the final costs when they are budgeting.
I will definitely recommend newlay to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and prompt service, and I intend to hire them again for my garden work

Terrible workmanship, failed to show several times and left me having to pay another contractor a further £1000 to put right Newlay mistakes. Had a quotation for block paved driveway and front garden including re laying of back garden patio. Took 3 wks to finish. Did not follow what I want and what we discussed . The work carried out of no reasonable care and ended up with 2 broken fence panels and damaged steel gate. Not fully paid them until damages are sorted. Bricks not used was left outside the propertty with neighbors complaining. More...
