Chris at New City Security installed an Alarm and CCTV to my Unit in Buckingham, whilst we was chatting I mentioned I was worried about flooding and he said not a problem we can fit an add on to the alarm to tell me if there is water getting near the unit. What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people and I really feel I am providing a service that people value protection there family and home or a business they have worked hard to create. You cant beat working in the Sun however the rain is not so much fun.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for myself 20 years then joined a firm for 4 years but I got fed up with the lack of customer service and the just sell attitude so I decided to go back out on my own where I can do the job in the way I feel it should be done.
Why should our clients choose you?
I do my very best to give the customer what they need rather than just sell the most expensive product. I tend to get most of my work from repeat custom and recommendation so it is important to me to give the best service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff have two covid tests each week, wear masks and have sanitiser available. We try to set up products prior to installation so as to spend minimal time in the customers premises.
