Laura has been absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about counselling to use this!

I called when going through a rough patch and the sessions were helpful from the get go.

Now 3 months in and I find the sessions are very adaptive and relevant to the mood I’m in. If there is something directly affecting me, we will focus on this or if I am lost for what to speak about in a session, then we delve deeper.

Could not recommend Laura enough. From the first phone call to enquire she was so friendly and easy to talk to. I never feel pushed or rushed during our sessions. Laura is excellent and understands how to help myself and my needs.

I feel that Laura not only hears me, she understands me. She is able to help me navigate the situations I find myself in, and she is able to demonstrate the progress I have made.

Incredibly helpful . After quite a few years struggling with aftermath from divorce and trying to keep my Teen on track , I’ve found Laura has been spot on with her advice and ideas . Only had a few sessions so far, but applying what we’ve discussed has already had a positive impact on my day-to-day. Laura is easy to be open and honest with, so I never feel daunted by the thought of my next session. Would definitely recommend.

Having never been to a therapist before I was nervous and unsure about what to expect but from the first phone call with Laura she spoke to me calmly and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable about doing something I had never done before. I travel from Southampton to see Laura and don't finish work until 7pm but she is always available for a late appointment which is a great help. I am still in sessions with Laura and she helps me gain perspective on every day situations and helps me work through them effectively. I would recommend seeing Laura to anyone and now don't see having a therapist as 'weird' but as a healthy normal thing to do. More...
