Efficient polite professional

After having a good old garden clear up of our mothers garden we ended up with a gigantic heap of old plant pots,garden furniture etc. It didn't take long to find a solution to this eyesore so we got in touch with the NE WasteAway team and within the same week a 2 man team was allocated the job. Both lads were very professional and courteous and whisked through the waste without a hint of stopping. once the waste was cleared a thorough sweep from the garden to the truck parked on the street was carried out. what more can i say..Value for money,professional and a good standing within the Northeast. I purchased a house which was left with a lot of items which should have been cleared prior to my purchase, I had to get an approved waste carrier to complete the job as instructed by my solicitor, these guys came along and sorted it all out, no hassle or fuss, 100% would recommend 5⭐️

Absolutely fantastic service at an emotional time. I had been clearing my Mum's home after her move to residential care. After countless trips to the tip myself and with support from my family, I became overwhelmed by the task. I asked Mark for a quote to clear the rest of my Mum's home and he sent 3 Knights in a big white caged charger to my rescue. Fantastic lads, mega efficient, friendly and professional, even sweeping up after the truck was loaded. Final cost was £70 lower than initial estimate. You don't expect that .
