I had my first ever deep tissue massage in November 2020 and my second one today with Nav. After the first session alone my back, neck and shoulders are so, so, so much better and pain free. They had become very stiff and very painful and I have been suffering with back pain for a very long time. In the first session, Nav noticed straight away I have a curve in my spine (scoliosis) and has worked on this and even gone the extra mile by looking into my condition and focusing on the curve as well (carrying out stretches after the massage and letting me know what braces I can use for my posture). Nav is very friendly, polite and professional and I definitely recommend her, especially if you are in a lot of pain. I am pain free for the first time in a VERY LONG time.
