Chester our Cockerpoo attended Jenny's puppy classes when we first got him; he did very well as we followed Jenny's advice, and he grew into a lovely dog.
Recently however, we have sought the expert knowledge of Jenny again, because Chester has developed separation anxiety, as many dogs' have recently due to the Covid situation over the past couple of years, and in our case retirement from work.
Jenny's help in resolving this matter has been invaluable. She has been so supportive, and ready to give advice when needed. We are progressing slowly but surely, and life is looking less anxious for Chester, thanks to Jenny. Diane & Keith

We have a 16 week old Cane Corso pup. Jenny started with a session at home with the basics to good manners and training around the house. She provided an in depth puppy training information pack which covered a wide range of areas and teddy received a personalised training plan. Since then we have progressed onto outdoor sessions focusing on recall, walking on the lead and lots more. I have found Jenny to go above and beyond. She is always there to give brilliant advice and since we started with her myself and partner have both noticed big improvements and much more engagement with our pup. We have used Jenny since we got our puppy last year. Initially it was remote due to us still have Covid restrictions in place, since then it has been in person and even recently using Naughty Pets for boarding when we were away. We rehomed Otis from Hungary last September and had struggled with various behaviour issues. I felt completely out of my depth to help Otis but thankful we found Jenny. I cannot praise this amazing lady enough. Our first few sessions because of lock down where via video call, despite not having Jenny present, she was very thorough and understanding of Otis's needs and she set a number of exercises to work on. In-between those sessions, Jenny was there if needed to guide us with any struggles we where having and set a personalized plan for us to work on. I highly recommend Jenny. I was a novice owner and started doubting if I could help Otis become the best he can be. As first time dog owners we didn't know anything about training a puppy. Jenny's training is friendly, supportive and easy to follow. Jenny is great at assessing the behaviour of the dog and teaching you how to handle and train your dog in a positive, reward based way. We have a four year old rescue dog who was excellent in the house but almost impossible to take for a walk. He's quite a large dog and is strong he would pull constantly especially if he saw another dog. I contacted Jenny who showed us what to do with the use of clicker training and the dogmatic collar it's like walking a completely different dog and walks are now enjoyable. I contacted Jenny to help with my 6 month old Border Collie, he was really out of control but Jenny was great, she showed me how to communicate better with him. What do you love most about your job?
When owners first contact me, many are already at the end of their tether. Seeing their despair change to something more positive, when they are given the tools to help train and change unwanted behaviours is so rewarding for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first taste of clicker training! I watched a trainer working with a 6 month old GSD at Chobham RSPCA, and later that evening I sat in on one of Sarah Whiteheads puppy classes - This was my intro, and I was hooked!
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm passionate about my work - I strive to attend as many workshops, seminars and courses each year to keep me abreast of new developments and ever evolving training techniques, that actually work!
It goes without saying that I love working with animals, however it's equally important that I enjoy meeting and working with people from all walks of life.

I will do everything I can to put you at ease.
