What a lovely person Lucy is. I never felt rushed whilst explaining the issues. She is listening to all of your issues and always does her best to come up with a solution. My family got treatment as well, and my 10 weeks old was already twice admitted in the hospital with bronchiolitis and RSV, and when discharged, he was still having a nasty cough and whiz. At first I had really high hopes working with Lucy. I’ve been struggling with acne for several years as well as anxiety, some of it being caused due to how much my skin has been impacting my life. I began a treatment which I was told would help balance and correct certain issues going on within my body. Lucy said she would check in on me throughout my treatment. This is when things started to break down. Communication started to fizzle. The first time I had to call her and the second time I didn’t hear from Lucy at all. Shortly after my skin erupted and it felt like I had taken 10,000 steps back. The day of my face to face appointment with Lucy my anxiety was through the roof so I took some time for myself. Now all of a sudden Lucy gets back in contact with me. I sent an email explaining what I had been going through and would like to reschedule and I got no response. Great old school feel, good service. Portion sizing is a rip off, my kids portion £3.50 is the same size as adult portion £10. 00, they said it’s there policy, adults cannot order from the kids menu. Very weird way of doing business these days. The taste was good as was the freshness but shant visit again unless they sort there prices and portions out. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people return to optimum health. When I ask someone " How is your digestion now?" I often have replies, everything is fine now, no issues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I suffered emotionally with the demise of my mother in 2006, she had suffered from chronic anxiety in her life and was diagnosed with dementia in the last years, it was a very sad experience.
I watched all the family suffer including my father who lost the intimacy from his wife, we lost the care and love from her. I had help from a Homeopath, this treatment saved me from depression and sadness. I continued to have treatment and become well without congestion for the first time in my life. Please check out my reviews. There is a photo of my father Captain Sir Tom Moore and a photo of my sons who have been brought up with Homeopathy and are very healthy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I would like any patient contacting me to consider that their problem has been with them for some time. It is likely we will need to strengthen your body alongside your treatment. This changes the way your body responds and immediate benefits can be felt. During your case taking and bio resonance test we will ascertain what is the best course of action.
