What do you love most about your job?
Helping people make sense of their problems. Mostly the reasons relationships become uncomfortable or we become sad and depressed is because of our unmet needs and anger turned inwards. These unmet needs come from our inner child who as a young child might have been told untruths about themselves or neglected emotionally. Parenting is not easy and we have to learn to nurture ourselves in a healthy positive way leading to happiness and fulfilment.
