I have very fine short hair , went to Diane for advice on what to do as I felt very self conscious and didn't have alot of confidence. My Son with really unruly hair had an appointment with Diane today - and she had her work cut out! He hasn't been into a salon for 6 years after the last stylist scalped him It was in bad condition, out of shape and we needed advice on how to care for his hair type. Diane was really patient, knowledgeable and informative about all sorts of hair types, hair problems and solutions to those. My Son came out looking like a completely different kid - all ready for his 1st year at Uni with a new level of confidence. I highly recommend Diane - you are in very safe hands! Not only is Diane an excellent hair dresser she is also very good at putting you at ease during your time in the saloon. Had my hair done yesterday, I am so amazed at the difference in my hair.. it looks absolutely lovely I had medium length dry dull hair when I went in Diane full transformed my hair, I was so happy with the end result, the atmosphere in the salon and the friendly welcome I Received made my visit even more comfortable. .. Great knowledge, advised in all areas and was happy to accommodate requests, had a significant delay for fitting on the day due to demand however provs that Diane knows her stuff, people travel far to have her do there hair. Having spent a whole chunk of money in trying to make my thin, frail, patchy hair better, having tried every extension technique on the market from clip in to tape, even bonds, i was slowly giving up, each one of these damaged my hair totally! I then found dianne, what can i say having tried everything she totally restored all my hope. A technique designed for hair loss was used and here I am weeks on sat here with 16" hair that looks just like my own. I am no longer scared of extensions showing. After going here for a while now, every treatment, technique has been amazing. ladies i HIGHLY reccomend the 'deep condition' treatment, my hair has never felt or looked so amazing! Dianne herself is such a beautiful person inside and out, who cares deeply about the clients needs and whats best. Her advice is so proffesional and amazing. A warm friendly service what makes u feal comfortable straight away I was offered a hot or cold drink and knew I was in the right place conversation flowed between us n we made a connection which I felt was important I got what I asked for and was surprised by the work ethic of Diane she won't be happy until u are happy with your style I looked about the saloon and it was refreshing to see it caters for people who are disabled and with private rooms for people who have health problems such as alepisia and cancer patients who lose there hair very refreshing and inspiring service very high standard I'm a happy customer thanks Dianne

I found it really hard to get the type of service I was looking for when I lost all my hair for 3 years due to an illness. i set about changing that 25 years ago.
