I go here 3-4 times a week and the staff are all so friendly and smiley. I told the owner that I lost half a stone and he was so pleased for me and gave me a high 5!

I cannot believe how much I enjoy the great variety of classes that are on offer at My Gym... and are included in the membership fee! I'm not a fan of going to 'the gym' but found my enjoyment of doing exercise by participating in the classes they offer. Great staff that will help you achieve your goals, upto date exercise equipment and weights including free weight and machines, a jungle gym with a difference. ... But also the gym runs lots of classes and personal training exercises, at the moment I've lost 1stone in weight with the help of the gym and Kat,who devised my exercise programme,as I have degenerative discs in my lower back I can't just do anything so with help I am on a roll.... Diet just as important remember, but I will recommend this gym, air conditioning and decent music plus you can always water TV on most bikes and treadmills �.... I joined three months ago and highly recommend training here. Been going to gyms for a long time and this is a good one. I like the drop in classes, which run through the day. Can't believe I've not reviewed this place sooner. I started out going to another gym. I was very big. Actually I was nearly 17 stone. I was told Kat was going to be managing a new gym in town so I thought I had nothing to loose so I joined with my daughter. Best decision ever! It feels like another home to me. The staff are brilliant and so encouraging. The classes are awesome. I have muscles now that I see are getting stronger and more defined. I couldn't run but now I can run 10k. Kettlebells and TRX are my weekly addiction and I love it. If your looking for an easy time don't join a gym if your looking to make a life choice and have support and encouragement you won't go far wrong with this place. p.s I've managed to shift nearly 4 stone so far so trust me this place works as long as you do More...

I'm now a regular user of MyGym Retford. I have designed my own workout due to long term health issues. There is no "hard sell" from staff and trainers but they are friendly and make themselves accessible (I see many other people being coached). There are several classes members can join and the equipment/ facilities are good. A good cross-section of people are in this gym, of all abilities, shapes and sizes; I feel very comfortable as a member of this gym and am now healthier than I have been for well over 20 years.
