What do you love most about your job?
Providing a high level of protection to any person. Able to operate on my own scope using the latest technology ensuring security levels never breach.
Operate professionally and blend in with my working environment by using knowledge and discretion also ensuring clients requirements are always meet.
Having my own freedom and flexibility of how to work and when to work is very important.
The ability to be given free rein to get the work done. Not being micro managed. Being given the freedom to think for yourself and come up with new ideas and solutions will give you growth and expansion which is what everyone ultimately needs to feel like they are progressing in their role. Freedom, however, does need to be earned, so make sure you earn it and then approach your manager about maybe having more freedom if you don’t currently have it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Every entrepreneurs’ journey from forming an idea to building a successful business is different. Some entrepreneurs begin their journeys after having an epiphany or because they desire change in their lives. Others may be inspired by the thought of a new career and would rather work for themselves than continue to build another person’s dreams.
Sometimes having the right mentor or being desperate enough to make a change is what makes a person go from a regular Joe to a successful entrepreneur. After looking into almost a dozen entrepreneurs’ stories, it’s clear that there are some similarities in what types of things inspire a person to start a business. Let’s examine a few of these inspirations.
The daily grind of 9-5 can become very draining, repetitive and mundane after many years of the same thing. When you start to see other people making their own schedule or having some variations in their week, it’s easy to feel envious of the flexibility they experience.
