What do you love most about your job?
Providing customers with a reliable service and making sure that customer service is held to a high standard. I love meeting with customers and being able to offer them an amazing service especially if they have had a bad experience in the past. Being able to help people who need work done to make their homes look amazing who maybe don't have the time or don't have the equipment to minimise the risk of doing such cleans.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started My Window Cleaner because of my own frustration with finding a reliable window cleaner who consistently worked to high standards. I offer window cleaning, gutter clearance and jet washing with a reminder email in advance of every visit and extremely high standards, guaranteed.
Local community is important to me and I pride myself on being professional yet friendly. Customer service has always been my number one priority.

I pride myself on giving my customers great customer service and offer our services using state of the art systems and equipment. I'm proud to provide a professional and 100% guaranteed service, if my customers are not happy then I'm not happy. I provide a reliable service where I'll always email my customers to let them know when I'll be coming and once a job is complete they'll recieve a paperless invoice letting them know when I have been.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do not require any social contact with my customers. It's always beneficial to meet in person to begin our relationship, however I will always follow social distancing guidlines. With the water fed system that I use there is very minimal need, if any, to physically touch a customers property. I sanitise my hands before and after each customer visit and carry gloves and masks in the van if needed.
